SKU011.CAB not found in Microsoft Office

When trying to open the Microsoft Office Excel, a popup window prompts out and displays the following message which prevents me from opening the application:-

SKU011.CAB not found . Please insert the office 2003 cd

Workaround:-

1. Access into Registry Editor (Start > Run > “regedit”)
2. Choose HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > Office > 11.0 > Delivery.
3. Under the Delivery directory, there is one Download Code directory (e.g. {90110409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9}).
4. Select the Download Code directory.
5. Right click the CDCache > Modify.
6. Change the Value Data to 0.
